The graduate is supporting MMA’s design staff with new projects, presentation materials and design standards. Prior to joining MMA, Waters graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Architecture and worked at various firms in the Cincinnati area. Waters enjoys global travel and working on low-income housing.
