The nautical concept of living small inspired the design of the Marina Cottages, a cozy cluster of individual homes that toe the shoreline. Each cottage is slightly different, but all are functional, efficient, and gorgeous.

Boat Works Lofts II provides the same commitment to luxury as the original, only in modest accommodations. The living space intentionally expands towards the outdoors, eliciting frequent interaction with the public waterfront walkway.

A remnant of Sturgeon Bay’s once prosperous ship building industry, Boat Works Lofts represents the changing times as an example of historic reuse and waterfront reclamation.
