Madisen Maher Architects (MMA) completed the local office for Environmental Resources Management (ERM), a global leader in environmental, health, safety, risk, social consulting and sustainability-related services. The new 3,500 sq. ft. office is located in Suite 601 of the Tannery Business Center at 700 W. Virginia Street, Milwaukee.
The consolidated space incorporates the latest technology, work station designs, collaborative work areas and video conferencing, resulting in significant efficiency and travel cost reduction for the firm.
ERM has more than 160 offices in over 40 countries and territories employing more than 5,000 people who work on projects around the world.
MMA applied ERM’s corporate finishes throughout the reception area, conference room, nine pod offices, two huddle rooms, kitchen, an open office area for small meetings and a large conference room with video conferencing. Frameless etched glass partitions and a bright teal color scheme contrast the cream-city brick and heavy timber building. A sliding barn door serves as an entrance into the kitchen.
