Madisen Maher Architects is proud to announce its Mayor’s Design Award from the City of Milwaukee for Sendik’s Food Market – Corporate Office. “The facility is located in an early 90’s industrial park, where a major renovation of the office wing was required to meet today’s standards for collaborative workspace,” states Ryan Thomas, Project Manager. “Sendik’s wanted a central location to their Greater Milwaukee-based operations and the investment they have made in the community has helped improve the area,” he adds. The 30,000 square foot facility is located at 7284 W. Marcia Rd. in Milwaukee.
“Our goal was to create a great work environment for our employees,” states Nick Balistreri, owner of Sendik’s Food Market. “Madisen Maher Architects’ team helped us design spaces with lots of natural light, large and small breakout areas, and a unique employee break room,” he adds.
