Madisen Maher Architects is implementing BMW’s new Retail strategy to create an environment with a welcoming and comfortable facility, utilizing processes responsive to customer expectations. The facility design prominently displays a variety of new models (i Series) and provides accessible information and visual demonstrations of the wide array of new models. The new customer is very informed with high expectations and little patience for typical automotive environments and sales techniques. The intent of the new BMW Corporate Identity (CI) is to create a welcome and engaging retail environment for today’s BMW consumer, and to entice a warmer, more inviting color palette using the new tile, ceilings and furniture. Enhanced POS (EPOS) will implement digital signage and branded graphics to create a clear communication message to consumers emphasizing product features and offerings in an engaging and exciting environment. The new furniture, digital media and the BMW Product Genius promote customer consultation in the sales process to deliver the ultimate customer experience.
