With the promising economic future of Racine County, the need for market rate multi-family housing will be in great demand. Milwaukee-based Blue Ribbon Management selected Madisen Maher Architects to address the need by designing an 84-unit mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The 160,000 sq. ft. facility will be fitted with indoor parking, a health and wellness center, concierge services, swimming pool and outdoor event space to satisfy the sophisticated renter.

Key finishes and architectural features include a mixture of transitional and contemporary color palates and materials. Wood flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood cabinets complement the contemporary architecture.
