MMA announces Mayor’s Design Award for the Beam House

Madisen Maher Architects (MMA) is proud to announce its Mayor’s Design Award from the city of Milwaukee for the Beam House, the first building at River Place Lofts, located at 625 W. Freshwater Way.  Situated in Walker’s Point, the 19th century industrial space, formerly part of the Pfister Vogel Tannery, was transformed into 64 distinctive living environments, each designed to take advantage of building aesthetics and city views. The apartments range in size from 750 to 1570 sq. ft.
The Beam House represents a unique opportunity to bring an 1870’s-era industrial building back to life.

MMA announces Klement’s move to new corporate headquarters
