Madisen Maher Architects (MMA) provided architectural design and construction support services for Milwaukee Economic Development Corporation (MEDC)’s new office at 757 N. Broadway in Milwaukee.  MEDC serves Milwaukee businesses by providing low-interest loans in partnership with a bank, increasing the feasibility of a project.  MEDC’s goals included expansion and creation of its own identity. A new 41,000-square-foot store in West Milwaukee will anchor Whitefish Bay-based Sendik’s Food Market, along with two other yet-to-be named restaurant and retail tenants.  Madisen Maher Architects’ Ryan Thomas designed the anchor store which will be located at 4200 W.
